**Notre objectif ?
Permettre aux entreprises clientes d’organiser de manière simple et rapide tous types d’événements B2B (réunions, séminaires, formations, workshops, conférences, etc.) pour les accompagner sur des enjeux d’engagement des collaborateurs.
Côté grands comptes (contrats cadres), au-delà de l’organisation des évènements, la proposition de valeur s’articule sur la centralisation, le pilotage et l’optimisation de toutes les dépenses événementielles.

Descriptif du poste

Join Kactus' Project Management Team and help transform the world of corporate events!
As an Event Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in Kactus’ international expansion in the UK and ensure our clients’ satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

🌟 Manage your clients' event requests: You’ll oversee your clients' event inquiries and support them throughout the entire booking process to deliver an unforgettable experience: taking briefs, handling commercial follow-up, contacting venues, negotiating quotes, and finalizing bookings.

❤️ Build lasting relationships: You’ll cultivate long-term relationships with your clients, ensuring their satisfaction before and after their bookings to turn them into Kactus ambassadors within their companies.

Profil recherché

  • Native German speaker : You are a native German speaker; fluency in English is required ; French is a plus but not required.

  • Event experience 🏆: You love the events industry and already have some experience in the field.
